Hydrogen can
decrease Global Warming
as well as Fuel and
Food Prices
significantly and soon.
Support hydrogen and help save the world's ecology and economy!
Oil has the
MONOPOLY for propulsion. Speculators can drive the price up as they wish.
Hydrogen offers
healthy COMPETITION, thus
decreasing fuel and food prices.
Hydrogen is
Clean,
Abundant, and
Renewable. Drive with
C-A-R,
right for your car.
-
Hydrogen is CLEAN. Water
(H2O)
is a combination of hydrogen (H) and oxygen (O). When the two are
separated, there are no harmful byproducts. When used as fuel,
hydrogen joins with oxygen, producing power and water without harmful
emissions like CO2.
BMW, Ford, Mazda, and Mitsubishi proved that ordinary engines can run on
either gasoline or hydrogen.
-
Hydrogen is ABUNDANT.
70% of the earth is covered by water, many places 5 km deep. Most
land-locked countries have good rainfall. Using hydrogen for
propulsion will not diminish water on earth. When hydrogen is burned the
same amount of water is formed that it was made of. Hydrogen can also be
extracted from wood-methanol which is a renewable source
(rebresearch.com).
-
Hydrogen is RENEWABLE.
When the world fully utilizes wind, sun, and
water power, enough clean, renewable energy will be available to extract
hydrogen from water. (To see the weakness of batteries, click on
"propulsion" button). Cover sun-facing roofs with solar panels,
useless land with solar power-plants, and farms with wind-turbines, and
watch how nature provides. Twice daily there is an incoming tide, and
twice daily an outgoing one. Many inlets and estuaries can run powerful underwater turbines with these mighty currents.
Although these devices are not free, the power driving them (from wind,
sun and water) is free and inexhaustible.
Why stay addicted to the bad stuff
when the good stuff is so readily available?
Oil and hydrogen don't have to
be enemies. They are already close partners in oil refineries where
hydrogen is produced and used. Hydrogen can prolong oil reserves while
reducing pollution.
Instead of opposing hydrogen, the oil industry
can sell it at their filling stations.
When will it happen?
